The Mediating Role of organizational rhetoric in the Relationship Between strategic improvisation and competitive advantage: An Empirical Study

This research examines the direct impact of strategic improvisation on competitive advantage and examines the mediating role of organizational rhetoric in the relationship between strategic improvisation and competitive advantage. A field study was then conducted using a sample of 380 employee working at 45 five-star hotels in Sharm El-Sheikh and 340 questionnaires were completed with response rate of 89.4%, Results revealed that all dimensions of the strategic improvisation have a statistically significant positive direct impact on competitive advantage at  45 five-star hotels in Sharm El-Sheikh.
Moreover, Results revealed that organizational rhetoric has statistically significant   direct impact on competitive advantage.   Finally, findings showed that organizational rhetoric plays a mediating role in the relationship between strategic improvisation and competitive advantage at 45 five-star hotels in Sharm El-Sheikh
